Book Sharing and Exchange Activity

On October 31, 2024, AURASKY  organized a book sharing and exchange meeting themed "Nonviolent Communication." Approximately 50 employees participated in this event. Employees were divided into groups of 3-4 people, taking turns sharing content based on different chapters. Everyone actively participated and engaged in friendly discussions, creating a relaxed and enriching atmosphere outside of work hours.

 

 

Following the book sharing, the labor union thoughtfully prepared "Communication Energy Bottles." Participants wrote their communication insights on bookmarks and placed them in the bottles for a "drifting" exercise. This drifting of the bottles also symbolized a collision and fusion of ideas. It is hoped that this book sharing and exchange will foster new awareness and understanding of communication, encouraging "empathy" in the workplace to promote collaboration between departments. It also aims to allow employees to enjoy reading and the pleasure and growth that knowledge brings amidst their busy work schedules.
