  Compliance Reporting Scope

  You can report the following behaviors: Any violation of laws, regulations, regulatory provisions, professional ethics, or company compliance management requirements by current or former employees of the company, or business partners such as customers and suppliers related to AURASKY  that causes or potentially causes losses or risks to the company. This includes: theft or embezzlement of company property, bribery, financial fraud or other fraud, falsification, disclosure of corporate confidential information or trade secrets, violation of conflict of interest management, unfair competition, and other violations of criminal or administrative laws or commercial conduct guidelines.

 

  Compliance Reporting Methods

  Before reporting, please carefully read the "Compliance Reporting Statement." Using any of the following methods to submit a compliance report signifies that you have read, understood, and accepted the "Compliance Reporting Statement."

  (4) In-Person Reporting: Company personnel can also directly report the situation to the Legal and Compliance Department in person.

 

  Compliance Reporting Statement

  Beijing AURASKY Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "AURASKY ") consistently emphasizes and strives to cultivate an environment of integrity and compliance. Adhering to the principle of compliant and efficient operations, we require that every manager and employee conduct business in a lawful and compliant manner, and we adopt a zero-tolerance attitude towards non-compliant behaviors that violate applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements in China and relevant operating countries. The company provides clear, open internal and external compliance oversight and reporting channels to ensure that existing or potential misconduct is reported promptly and investigated and clarified thoroughly and in accordance with procedures.

  You may report with or without your real name. The company encourages real-name reporting, as it facilitates more effective compliance investigations and will receive priority processing.

  The company will take appropriate confidentiality measures to protect the reporter's information. The company's reporting email and phone are reviewed and answered by the compliance department. Phone calls may be recorded, and compliance personnel may contact you and ask questions or request more information. You can choose from the reporting methods we provide, but to ensure your personal information security, we do not recommend sending the same or similar reporting content to both the reporting email address and other company or personal email addresses. If the reporter does not wish other personnel outside the compliance department to know your name, please indicate this in your report. If necessary, the information you provide may also be forwarded to government agencies.

  The company absolutely prohibits anyone from retaliating against or threatening reporters, witnesses, or investigators. Upon discovery, the company will thoroughly investigate and appropriately handle any retaliatory or threatening behavior. Please report with confidence.

  After the case is concluded, you will receive notification via the email address or phone number provided during the report. Due to data protection and other legal reasons, the company cannot inform you of the details of the investigation results or any measures that may have been taken.

  Reporters are responsible for the veracity of the reported content. For cases of fabricating facts and false accusations through reporting, AURASKY reserves the right to pursue legal liability against the reporter in accordance with laws and regulations.
