On July 28, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology released the list of the second batch of advanced-level smart factories in Beijing for 2026, with a total of seven enterprises from the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area making the cut. This selection process was conducted in strict accordance with the relevant requirements of the “Implementation Plan for the Tiered Cultivation of Smart Factories” and the “Beijing Municipal Measures for the Recognition and Management of Smart Factories,” involving multiple rounds of rigorous screening, including self‑application by enterprises, selective recommendations from regional authorities, and expert panel reviews. AURASKY success in standing out is primarily attributable to three key strengths:

Centered on an enterprise resource management system, this approach vertically spans the entire production and operations process and horizontally coordinates five key business domains—R&D and design, manufacturing, supply chain management, marketing and services, and financial control—thereby establishing a new collaborative model for R&D, production, supply, sales, and finance that is customer‑centric and data‑driven.
III. Implementation of a Full-Process Lean Management System: Digital and standardized management has been fully implemented across workshop production scheduling, quality traceability, intelligent inspection, material logistics, and other processes, effectively reducing operating costs and accelerating market responsiveness.
