In the core processes of semiconductor manufacturing, etching and deposition are considered "microscopic sculptures" at the nanoscale. RF (Radio Frequency) technology, as a key energy source, excites gas molecules in the reaction chamber to form plasma: in etching processes, plasma precisely removes redundant materials, constructing micrometer-level circuit structures; during deposition, it drives the atomic-level uniform growth of thin-film materials. AURASKY New Product Debut—RF Control and Detection Products
AURASKY completed a comprehensive upgrade in 2024, with a rich and extensive product lineup covering fluid control, vacuum control, RF control, and wafer transfer products, widely used in key aspects of semiconductor manufacturing. The company has been officially renamed Beijing AURASKY Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: AURASKY), and launched a new brand, "AURASKY".
At the SEMICON China 2025 exhibition, AURASKY showcased its RF control and detection products for the first time. These products have been successfully applied to advanced logic chip manufacturing, 3D packaging, and wide-bandgap semiconductor production equipment.
RF Power Supply The operating frequency covers 400kHz to 13.56MHz, with a power range of 5W to 45kW, and supports sweep frequency function and multiple pulse modes.
RF Sensor It can perform real-time detection of voltage, current, impedance, and phase in the reaction chamber, providing stable process monitoring and fault diagnosis for semiconductor process equipment.
ESC DC Power Supply It is a dedicated power supply for electrostatic chuck (ESC), with a voltage output of up to 15kV (±7.5kV), including bipolar and unipolar types, adaptable to various electrostatic chucks, providing a stable electrostatic field for wafer adsorption.

Currently, AURASKY has established a R&D and industrialization base for component platforms, focusing on the research and development and production of core precision components in the fields of semiconductors, clean energy, and life sciences.
