AURASKY has been honored with the “2026 Science and Technology Innovation Pioneer Award,” leveraging precision control technology to drive the development of new‑type productive forces.

On July 30–31, at the “CFS2026 15th Financial Summit and the 2026 New‑Generation Productivity Entrepreneurs Conference” held in Shanghai, AURASKY(hereinafter referred to as “Huacheng Electronics”) stood out among numerous participating companies and was awarded the “2026 Science and Technology Innovation Pioneer Award,” thanks to its outstanding innovative capabilities and significant contributions to the precision‑control components industry.

Continuously breaking through core technologies, demonstrating innovative strength in precision control.

This year’s receipt of the “Pioneer Award for Technological Innovation” is a well-deserved recognition of Huacheng Electronics’ longstanding commitment to independent R&D and its relentless efforts to overcome technological bottlenecks. As a pioneer in China’s precision control sector, AURASKY innovation and cutting-edge capabilities are reflected in its profound mastery of key technologies and its ongoing iterative advancements:

In the field of radio frequency control and testing, As early as 2003, during the nascent stage of domestic semiconductor equipment R&D, the company proactively laid out its strategic roadmap. In 2010, it successfully developed its first-generation digital matcher. Today, the company has established a comprehensive suite of RF solutions—covering RF power supplies, ESC DC power supplies, RF sensors, matchers, and remote plasma sources—and has deployed these solutions at numerous semiconductor equipment customers, thereby serving as a critical enabler for the stable operation of domestically produced semiconductor processes.

In The field of flow measurement and control Moreover, AURASKY journey of innovation spans forty-seven years—beginning in 1979 with the development of its first thermal‑type analog gas mass flow controller, followed by the launch of the thermal‑type digital CS series in 2008, the successful introduction of the pressure‑type digital DS series in 2019, and culminating in 2025 with the development of a thermal‑type, pressure‑insensitive gas mass flow controller. Huacheng’s flow measurement and control products have achieved internationally advanced levels in key performance metrics such as accuracy, repeatability, and response time, and are widely deployed in high‑end manufacturing applications including semiconductors, photovoltaics, fuel cells, and vacuum coating.

Drawing on more than four decades of experience in flow measurement and control, the company successfully expanded its operations in 2019. Pressure Measurement and Control Product Line including gas pressure controllers, capacitive diaphragm vacuum gauges, pressure transmitters, and vacuum valves, among other product lines. At the same time, AURASKY meticulously analyzes customer needs and, drawing on its extensive R&D experience in flow and pressure measurement and control, seamlessly integrates expertise in gas/liquid circuit design, precision machining, and system testing to provide customers with customized IGS, VCR, and ferrule solutions. Comprehensive solution for gas/liquid piping systems

In addition, AURASKY has expanded into the wafer‑handling product portfolio, offering solutions that boast advanced capabilities in scheduling and management, particulate‑matter control, and vibration suppression, thereby ensuring high yield in wafer transport. To date, the company’s R&D‑driven vertical furnace tube equipment wafer storage system (Stocker), cleaning‑equipment wafer transport system (WTS), etching and deposition equipment front‑end module (EFEM), and etching and deposition equipment wafer transport platform (WTM) have all been put into mass production and delivered to numerous customers across the semiconductor and broader semiconductor industries.
Strategic upgrade and a fresh start: building a platform for the precision control industry.

In 2024, the company officially launched the construction project for a headquarters base dedicated to the R&D and industrialization of component platforms. In June 2025, this headquarters base was formally put into operation, providing ample space for the R&D and production of products such as RF control and fluid measurement and control systems. This not only strongly supports AURASKY rapid growth but also makes a positive contribution to enhancing China’s self-reliance and controllability in the components industry.

Looking ahead, AURASKY will continue to leverage innovation as its driving force and value creation as its core, relentlessly advancing new‑generation productivity. Working hand in hand with partners across the industry chain, we will jointly propel China’s high‑end manufacturing toward greater precision and intelligence.
