At the conference, Dr. Mou Changhua, President of Beijing AURASKY Electronics Co., Ltd., gave a keynote speech titled "Research Status and Development of Precision Measurement and Control Components," providing an in-depth analysis of the key role and challenges of precision measurement and control components in the field of vacuum technology, and proposing solutions for domestic component production.

In his speech, Dr. Mou Changhua pointed out that with the rapid development of vacuum technology, the requirements for equipment performance in high-end manufacturing fields such as semiconductors, photovoltaics, and display panels will become increasingly stringent. Semiconductor equipment consists of a large number of precision components, which require extremely high technical requirements in terms of materials, structure, process, precision, reliability, and stability to ensure stable operation and efficient production of the equipment.

Currently, the development of precision measurement and control components faces many challenges, such as high technical integration, long process verification cycles, and obvious industry cyclical fluctuations, all of which place higher demands on the R&D capabilities and market responsiveness of enterprises. Especially in the field of semiconductor equipment, the R&D of components requires comprehensive technical capabilities across disciplines and fields, and also requires long-term process verification and reliability testing, posing a huge challenge to the technological accumulation and capital investment of enterprises.
